This is a delicious creamy, slightly spicy sour cream alternative. Great to dip your favorite Longevity Recipe Snackers or use as a sandwich spread.

You can also make it a Lemon Cream, by replacing the horseradish with stevia to taste.

3/4 Cup soaked Cashews (soak cashews overnight)
2 T. Horseradish
2-3 Squeezed lemons
Salt to Taste
¼ Cup Water or Coconut Kefir Water

Directions:

Blend ingredients in your Vitamix or Blendtec Blender until very creamy. Make sure to bring the blender to it’s highest speed in order to achieve a velvety smooth texture. Enjoy topping salads, soups, or using as a wonderful dip!
