Cost for Health Coaching Program:
For 1 session per month (6 -Month Min.): $120
For 2 sessions per month (3-Month Min.): $230
I also offer 1.5 hour consults on an as needed basis. If you need help with setting up your pantry, or navigating the next step from my book, Sweet Healing, I can give you personalized help with your specific issues or concerns. Cost: $135 for a 1.5 hour consult.
